Overview

1st DAY ATHENS – TIRANA OR DURRES *ALBANIA 730 km
Early morning departure for Tirana. Arrival in the afternoon at our hotel. Dinner overnight.

DAY 2 TIRANA – DURRES
Morning tour of the Albanian capital, to visit, among other things, the historical Ethem-Bey mosque (built in 1819 or 1821), as well as the National Museum, the largest in Albania, with exhibits from the wider region that take us back to the 4th century BC . century. In the afternoon we will drive to the Adriatic coast and Durrës, about 40 km west of Tirana.
Built on the ruins of ancient Epidamnos, a colony of the Corfu, Durrës is the largest port and commercial center of Albania. Among other things, we will see here the Roman amphitheater of the 2nd AD. h. and the Venetian walls. After the end of the tour we will return to our hotel in Tirana. Overnight.

DAY 3 TIRANA – SAINT STEPHANOS – BUTVA* MONTENEGRO – KOTOR *(MONDENOVI) – DUBROVNIK *CROATIA – TREPINJE or NEUM* CROATIA 360 km
Breakfast and immediate departure. On our journey to Montenegro , we will pass by Agios Stefanos and enjoy the panoramic view of Boca Fjord, one of the most beautiful in Europe. We continue in the direction of the capital of Montenegrin Tourism, Butva, with its unique architecture, its two-thousand-year-old narrow streets and beautiful small shops. Through a fantastic route we reach the unique Mediterranean fjord, the Bay of Kotor. Free time to explore the old town, built at the foot of steep hills, surrounded by 4.5 km of walls dating back to the 15th century, with many churches and old aristocratic houses. Check-in at our hotel in the area of Trebinje or Neum. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 4 DUBROVNIK 150km *CROATIA
Breakfast and departure for the “Pearl of the Adriatic”, Dubrovnik. Tour of the historic city, the Cathedral, the Governorate and many Medieval buildings-UNESCO monuments. Time for a walk in the beautiful city. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 5 MOSTAR*BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA – SPLIT* CROATIA – TROGIR*CROATIA 320 km
Breakfast and departure for Mostar. The city of Bosnia and Herzegovina takes us on a journey through the ages, next to the banks of the Neretva River. The name Mostar means “he who guards the bridge”, and the bridge has always been the center of the city’s activities. We continue with the picturesque Split, one of the most important ports of the Adriatic chosen by the Roman emperor Diocletian to build his palace. Next is Medieval Trogir, in another beautiful area of Croatia. Dinner and overnight stay in the wider area of Split/Sibenik.

DAY 6 ZADAR *CROATIA – PLITVIC LAKES*CROATIA – ZAGREB*CROATIA 435km
After breakfast we will depart for Zadar. With a Mediterranean climate, historical monuments and enchanting beaches, Zadar is reminiscent of a Greek island. The Croatian seaside town is home to well-preserved medieval buildings with Venetian and Italian influences. We continue to one of the rare wonders of nature, the Plitvice Lakes and the waterfalls that join them. In the afternoon we will arrive in the beautiful capital of Croatia, Zagreb, with many well-preserved 19th century buildings. Arrival and check-in at our hotel. Dinner, overnight stay

DAY 7 ZAGREB
AFTER Our morning Walking tour of Zagreb, Cyril and Methodius Avenue, St. Mark’s Square, City Hall, Upper Town, Cathedral, Archdiocese and other attractions. Time at your disposal to rest and enjoy the very beautiful city and capital of Croatia. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 8 POSTINIA CAVE – LJUBLIANA * SLOVENIA 240km
After breakfast we leave Croatia for a while for the green Slovenia and one of the most famous caves in Europe, Postojna. We will cross with the special train the cave with the wonderful stalactites, in various shades and shapes. We will then visit Ljubljana, the impressive Slovenian capital, where we will tour its historic center, a mix of Baroque, Renaissance and Art Nouveau buildings, under the imposing shadow of its Medieval castle. Free time for shopping and walking. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 9 LJUBLIANA- TRIESTE*ITALY- VENICE 100 km
After our breakfast we will leave for Italy with a first visit to the beautiful Trieste. The city is full of neoclassical and Art Nouveau buildings that recall its Austrian past. In the panoramic tour we will see, the Square of the Union of Italy, one of the largest and most beautiful squares overlooking the sea, the Greek church of Agios Nikolaos, where the Austrians captured Rigas Feraios and his companions and handed him over to the Turks Belgrade on December 1, 1797, the Giuseppe Verdi Opera House and others. Free time for sightseeing and dinner overnight and we will continue arriving in Mestre, Venice Arrival and check-in at our hotel

DAY 10 – VENICE *ITALY
Today we will spend our day visiting the floating state of Italy, the city of the Doges, Venice, the most romantic city in the world, built on 118 small islands, connected by about 410 bridges. where, among others, we will see the Bridge of Sighs, the square of Agios Markos, the Greek church of Agios Georgios, etc. In the afternoon we will board the ship for our return to Greece.

DAY 11 SAILING RETURN CRUISE VENICE -PATRA
