Pursuant to Presidential Decree 7/2018, pursuant to Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Please read the following General Terms and Conditions carefully, which are an integral part of the package tour, as well as information and any other recommendations given to you, before you sign up for one of our package tours. Participation in any organized trip of our tourist Organization presupposes the careful study of the program of the specific trip and means the unconditional acceptance by the traveler/excursionist of the General Terms of Participation, according to the P.D. 7/2018. Therefore, you enjoy all the rights provided in the EU for these packages. The General Terms of Participation contain general information, as well as the rights and obligations of the two parties in the organized trip, while regarding the special information (destinations, prices, days and hours of departure and return, means of transport, accommodation, visits, etc.) , concerning each organized trip separately, you should consult the current program and the relevant price list. The travel plans are valid for the period indicated in the relevant forms or on the CTS HOLIDAYS website (which also mentions any changes, corrections, and travel information, which are binding on all travelers) and in indivisible combination with the current price list.

1. ORGANIZER – TOURIST ORGANIZATION or TRAVEL AGENCY
Our Company, under the name CTS HOLIDAYS by contact phone 26950 23333 and email info@ctsholidays.gr, hereinafter referred to as “Tourist Organization”, is a travel organizer, either alone or in joint cooperation with other travel agencies or acts as an intermediary among other tourist offices as well as the means of transport, with the ultimate goal of selling these organized trips to the traveler/excursionist.

2. GENERAL
The information, data, and recommendations contained in the General Terms of Participation have been checked by our office, for their validity and accuracy, are of a general nature, and are valid as they are, unless something specific or different is mentioned in the schedule of each trip. The programs, including the current price list, are valid for the period indicated in them. Travel plan information and details are subject to change due to exceptional circumstances. In this case, you will be notified immediately in the most appropriate way and therefore we must have all your contact details, for the declaration of which you are solely responsible. Any special wishes, needs, or requirements regarding your trip should be explicitly included in the contract, once they have been agreed upon and can be fulfilled.

3. REGISTRATION – PARTICIPATION IN ORGANIZED TRAVELS
The registrations are made by visiting our offices, fax, telephone and through our website on the internet, with the condition (in order to reserve seats in the specific trip):
1st payment of the advance or the full amount, in cash, by credit/debit or prepaid card or by transfer to the tourist office, within 48 hours, and
2nd .of the unconditional acceptance and compliance with these General Terms. The right to participate in the trip is secured by the payment of all its value and the relevant charges (20) working days before departure unless otherwise specified in the relevant Contract. Any non-payment of the total value of the trip in the stipulated time gives our office the right to cancel the reservation and, possibly, to demand cancellation fees, in accordance with the cancellation terms provided herein. The party, who represents his family or group, has the obligation to inform all his traveling companions about the details and conditions of the trip. The participants through a third party have the same obligations as the representative who registered them during the trip, and the tourist office makes available to them any relevant information, whenever requested.
The tourist services that will be provided to you, as well as the relevant costs, are mentioned in detail in the Planned Travel Agreement that you will have to sign. In case your physical presence is not possible (reservation by phone, mail, etc.) you will receive the Contract by e-mail (in this case you have the right to withdraw from the contract within (10) days from the date sent to your e-mail, taking into account the relevant cancellation fees referred to in Article 11 below).
On organized air tours, your flight attendant will be at the airport of arrival, and services will begin and end with arrival and departure from/to the destination airport respectively. The Organization reserves the right to replace the leader/escort during the excursion/trip. In some cases, the escort is carried out with local representatives. Our office is not responsible for the days and hours of operation of markets, museums, and archeological sites.

4. TRAVEL PRICES – CHARGES
The value price of the trips is mentioned in our current price list. Travel prices are calculated on the day the price list is issued, based on the cost of services of each trip, the cost of fuel or other energy sources, applicable fares/surcharges, any taxes or fees, the exchange rate of foreign currencies in relation to € (Euro), as well as any other cost factor (eg minimum number of participants, etc.). Our office, after exhausting all the possibilities of forecasting, reserves the right to adjust the prices, when the above cost factors change. In particular, the price of the trip can change up to (20) days before the launch of travel services. The specific price increase will be notified to the traveler calculated in detail in a clear, understandable, and distinct way. In case of a price increase to a significant degree (ie more than (8%) of the value of the trip) for the above reasons, the traveler can terminate the contract without paying a termination fee and be refunded the exact amount paid. If the traveler terminates the package tour for the above reason, then the traveler may accept another package of equivalent or superior quality. It is the traveler’s obligation to notify our Tourist Office in writing of any decision within a reasonable time, which in no case can exceed (3) days from the time the price increase is notified. In case the traveler does not respond in writing within the above deadline, our office is obliged to cancel his participation and return all the money he has paid without any other obligation, taking into account the relevant cancellation fees referred to in Article 11 subsequently. It is emphasized that the price of the trip does not include any costs of issuing travel documents as well as any costs of medical examinations in compliance with national and Community provisions for the smooth execution of the trip or even entry or stay at the destination. These costs are paid by the customer directly to the competent services and agencies, without any involvement and responsibility of the office unless they have been paid by the office in which case they must be paid by the customer Our office has the right, for a certain period of time or for a limited number of positions, to pre-sell positions at more favorable prices, with special terms of cancellation fees. Child charges vary on a case-by-case basis from free accommodation without food, in hotels and boats, to a small discount (usually for ages 2-12, when only two adults in the same room/cabin pay).
Usually, the prices do not include residence taxes and city taxes. In Greece, the accommodation tax per room/suite and per night is Hotel 3 *: € 1.50, 4 *: € 3.00, 5 *: € 4.00 and based on the relevant law is paid (by the customer) by directly to the hotel.

5. OBLIGATIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES OF TOURIST OFFICE
Our office has the obligation to coordinate and execute in the best possible way the trips available to travelers. However, having exhausted all possibilities of foresight and care, it is not responsible for wrong actions and omissions of third parties and their associates, as well as for emergency situations, such as cancellations, delays, or changes of routes of various means of transport (planes, ships, buses, .) or in case of blockade (“embargo”) of areas due to terrorist acts, strikes and other causes of force majeure. The office may not anticipate or control any delays in charter flights or scheduled airplanes or ships for technical, meteorological or other reasons (and therefore travelers should not plan significant personal activities or combine other travel, the days of departures/arrivals).
It is emphasized that the office is not in a position to anticipate or control circumstances that are foreign to its sphere of influence and may lead to the cancellation of the trip or to damages due to non-performance or improper performance of the agreed travel services. Typical examples of such cases are strikes, accidents, diseases, epidemics, organic disturbances due to local conditions, altitude, climate, due to meals not included in the itinerary or due to insufficient hygienic conditions due to external factors, injuries due to illness, terrorist acts, hijackings, earthquakes, weather conditions, fires, epidemics, toxic infections, and any other emergency or force majeure situation. In the above cases, our office does not bear any responsibility for repairing any damage caused by them but will make every effort to support and care for travelers in any way, without making it a liability or obligation to cover the relevant extraordinary costs, which will have to be covered, as in the case of force majeure, by the travelers themselves.
Reasonable complaints during the trip must be reported immediately and on the spot to the attendant (or, in the absence of this, to our office), and to the provider of the specific service, in writing. If the identified problem could not be resolved on the spot, after your return from the trip, you should submit in writing to our office any relevant complaint within (5) working days, along with any documents or other evidence you have to justify it. After 5 days, our office has no obligation to respond to any request. If damages arise as a result of non-performance or misappropriation of scheduled travel benefits, compensation to the customer is limited to what is stipulated in the international conventions that bind the country and govern those benefits. In particular: The compensation established by the non-performance or improper execution of the benefits of the organized trip, is limited to the price of the value in the individual price of the trip.

A minimum of 20 (twenty) participants (excluding children under 12) is required to arrange an organized trip. For long trips, the minimum number of participants is limited to 15 (fifteen) people or to the number determined by the program of the excursion. If this number is not filled in, our office reserves the right to cancel this trip and must inform the customers who had registered to participate in it and return the money they had paid, without any other obligation. The office offers only the benefits mentioned in the descriptions of the organized travel programs. Any optional benefits are available at an additional cost if it is finally possible to implement them. Our office bears absolutely no responsibility for the optional benefits, which are provided mainly by local agencies.
After the completion of your trip, our office will issue the statutory tax documents, which will be received by our offices on working days and hours of our financial services (from Monday to Friday 10: 00-17: 00).

6. EXCURSION SCHEDULE
The office makes every effort for the best and most consistent execution of the travel plans. Nevertheless, and because from the date of issue of the relevant forms and until the excursion takes place changes are likely to occur which the office cannot control, some details may not fully agree with the above time of the excursion (eg the operation of a museum or other attraction, technical problems in amenities and equipment of hotels, etc.). Unforeseen situations may necessitate differentiation of the program before departure or during the excursion. Prior to departure, CTS HOLIDAYS reserves the right to modify the travel plan due to unstable factors, such as delays, cancellations of transport services, changes in hotel category due to problems with the hotel facilities, or emergencies that take place in the country where the trip takes place. Such events are, for example, weather conditions, epidemics, fires, floods, earthquakes, disasters, strikes, political events, city or threat of war, hijackings, terrorist acts, unrest, etc.
In these cases, the customer/traveler has 3 alternatives: 1. Accept the change. 2. To buy another excursion at the same selling price or cheaper, where the price difference will be refunded or more expensive, where he will pay the additional price difference. During the trip, the leader or local representative has the right to make changes to the trip schedule when he is about to deal with an emergency, such as cancellations or delays in transport services or even incidents of force majeure, urban violence, etc. .). All extraordinary expenses (extra nights, food, transportation, etc.) are borne by the traveler if the nature of these events makes it impossible to predict them.

7. CANCELLATION OF GROUPS EXCURSION
The minimum required participation for all organized excursions to destinations outside Europe is 25 people unless otherwise stated in the description of the specific excursion and in the signed contract between CTS HOLIDAYS and the customer-ASSOCIATION or CUSTOMER GROUP. Your office has the right to cancel any trip for the following reasons: In the event of force majeure (as mentioned above) at any time. In this case, the bureau is obliged to return to the participants in full the amount of money they have already paid, deducting the administrative expenses, in accordance with the conditions stated in the cancellation clause. In case of limited participation (airline programs require a minimum participation of 16-20 people) the company is obliged to inform the participants 7 days before the departure of the trip and to return to them in full the amount of money already paid. Also in cases of limited participation, the excursion can be made with a charge stated in the excursion program and is not a reason for cancellation. The charge is determined by the existing participants and the customer is informed about the additional cost when making the reservation. In both the above cases the customer has the right to buy another excursion of the Company at the same selling price or cheaper where the price difference will be refunded, or more expensive, where he will pay the additional price difference. Cancellation of an excursion for any emergency medical consultation the customer or his relative appears before departure (indicative and not restrictive, pregnancy, heart attack, bile complication, etc.) he is charged based on cancellation fees. If the customer cancels the trip then: Cancellations are required even if by canceling the trip you wish to participate in the trip.

In case of emergency, you have the right to assign the trip to a third party provided that:
a. The conditions for participation are met
b. Any expenses incurred by this assignment will be paid to the company of Ias.

If the traveler’s delay or inconsistency results in the loss of a flight, excursion, transportation, or other service offered, the traveler will have to reconnect with the team at his own risk and expense, without refund for the service lost or and for the entire trip if it fails to reconnect. The Agency will make every effort to assist it, without having or assuming any obligation or responsibility.
At airports and ports, you must be at least two (2) hours before your departure. If there is no travel attendant, you must confirm your next flights with the airline on the spot and make sure what time and from which airport and terminal your flight departs.
In case a traveler interrupts his trip by his own decision and leaves the group, he is not entitled to any further service or compensation and the responsibility and costs of any travel outside the group are borne solely by him. In the same way, our office does not bear any responsibility for package travel services that were not provided to the traveler by his own negligence or responsibility, due to his illness or sudden accident. In case the customer is prevented from participating in the package tour in who has booked a place, can assign (informing in writing to our office) our reservation to another person, who meets the conditions for participation in this trip, no later than (7) days before the start of travel services, while for maritime transport the corresponding deadline is (10) working days before departure. The replacement (transferee) and the original participant (assignor) are jointly and severally liable to our Travel Agency, to pay to him any outstanding balance of the amount, as well as any additional costs of this assignment. It is clarified that any change should be exactly within the same framework and will be acceptable as long as all service providers in the organized trip (commercial companies, hotels, etc.) accept the changes. Travelers are responsible for the actions of the children who accompany them and must monitor them continuously throughout the journey for their safety and behavior.
Especially in the case of air carriers, it must be eIt should be noted that the change of the passenger’s personal data is not allowed, but only the cancellation of the existing reservation and the reservation of a new place, if this is possible on a case by case basis and at the corresponding cost. The bureau does not bear any responsibility in case this is not possible, and the consequent mandatory cancellation of the reservation will be made in accordance with the terms of cancellation provided herein or by the service providers. In the case of airline tickets issued by return or multiple routes, it is not always possible to use individual tickets. If the trip is interrupted due to quarantine or any hospitalization of the participant or for any further preventive public health reason of either the destination country or any intermediate country, our office bears absolutely no responsibility to the traveler for not providing part or all of the agreed services, having no obligation for any kind of compensation or replacement of unserved service at a later time.

9. HOTELS-ACCOMMODATION / SHIPS AND OTHER MEANS OF TRANSPORT
All information regarding the categorization or classification of the hotels and accommodations mentioned in our organized or sold travel plans is in accordance with the current legislation of each state for the tourist classification of hotels and accommodations, which may differ from country to country. Most hotel rooms have two beds or a semi-double. The triple rooms are, in essence, double rooms with an extra bed. They are usually not very comfortable and the extra bed may be smaller than normal or a sofa or rollaway. Rooms are usually delivered by the hotel between 14:00 and 16:00 and are available to tenants until 10:00 to 12:00 on the day of departure (depending on the policy of each Hotel). In case you wish to enter the room earlier or leave later, you will have to pay the relevant charge (if available). If due to unforeseen difficulties, the tour operator is forced to change hotel with another of the same or higher category, the office is not obliged to reimburse travelers.
In case of late arrival at the hotel, after the day or time of the scheduled arrival of the traveler, and if he has not informed the hotel in time, he has the right to cancel the reservation and make the room available for the entire period of the reservation, if asked.
In case of excessive bookings, our office will try to replace the room with another hotel room of the same category or if this is not possible with a lower class hotel room and will return the difference to the customer, without our Organization bearing any further responsibility. the obligation.
In coach trips to Greece tours, the seats are given in order of registration and do not change during the trip, while in trips abroad they change daily. Smoking on the bus is prohibited. The duration of an all-day visit/excursion does not exceed eight (8) hours in total, always calculated from the departure to the return to the hotel. The duration of the half-day visit/excursion will not exceed four (4) hours, always calculated from the departure to the return to the hotel.
Airlines, for their own reasons, sometimes charter planes of another airline for their own flights. This case is not a reason for the cancellation of the trip by the customer or for claiming any compensation.
We recommend that you do not leave exposed and constantly monitor all your personal items (eg mobile phones, etc.) in any place (hotel, ship, plane, etc.). Especially in hotels, it is an international practice not to take responsibility for money or valuables left in the room. For such cases, there are often small safes.

10. PASSPORTS, ENTRY VISAS & HEALTH FORMALITIES
The passport should be valid for as long as the scheduled return date is determined by the countries of destination. The countries of the Schengen area also accept the new type, with Latin characters, police IDs.
Our office provides all the necessary information regarding the travel and other documents required for Greek citizens, or for Foreign travelers for each trip and destination and their issuance and/or visa, but (even if it provides some assistance in the relevant procedure) is not responsible for any non-issuance or non-approval of these by the competent authorities, to which the traveler must apply, as well as is not responsible in case the validity of the visa is less than the duration of the trip (ie the dates do not coincide) or in case a couple of travelers have different nationalities, except Schengen. In particular, nationals of other countries holding foreign passports should inform the tourist office and contact the consular authorities of their country, as well as the countries they will visit, in order to check whether they need an entry visa or any other documents. for the countries they will cross or travel to, as well as for their re-entry into Greece or the country from which they started. Failure to ensure the timely issuance or approval of your travel documents does not justify the cancellation of your participation in the trip without charge of cancellation fees. Each traveler is responsible for the validity and validity, security, and safekeeping of the travel documents required for his trip. The traveler is responsible for storing the tickets and in general all travel documents throughout the trip.
The parent who accompanies a minor child alone must bring with him/her a validated authorization in English, from the other parent, who is not traveling. A similar procedure is followed in case the minor is not accompanied by either parent/guardian, in which case a validated authorization from both parents is required. In any case, our office does not bear any responsibility if the local authorities do not allow them to enter their country or the air carrier does not allow them to enter the flight.
The traveler is obliged to comply with national provisions and regulations as well as the instructions of the national authorities. Our office does not bear any responsibility in case the traveler faces criminal prosecution, is called to appear before an authority, is arrested by the local authorities, etc.
Our office provides all information on any necessary vaccinations or other medical precautions for areas of tropical or other epidemics. Due to the confidentiality of medical personal data – sensitive personal data – the sole responsibility for contacting the relevant health authorities lies with the traveler himself. The traveler is obliged to be informed in time by the local health offices about the health regulations of each country, as well as about the vaccines or medicines that may need to be procured. Customers with health problems should seek the consent of their physician to travel, providing a medical certificate or a solemn declaration that they can travel safely. Our office bears absolutely no responsibility for illness, injury, loss of life, accident, or another health emergency during the trip. In the event of such an incident, the office will try as much as possible to support the victim but is not obliged to cover any absolutely relevant expenses and change the travel plan, which will continue smoothly.

11. INSURANCE
Our office has concluded for each excursion that organizes an insurance policy of Professional Liability with an Insurance company. The insurance policy number and the details of the insurance company are listed in the package travel contract. The insurance policy deals with, among other things, the insolvency of the organizer, covering all travelers regardless of their place of residence, place of departure, or place of sale of the travel service. Travel insurance is different insurance, it is optional, it has an extra charge, and covers accident or conditional illness. Travel insurance for over 75 years covers ONLY an accident and NOT an illness. Ask our travel consultant for insurance coverage.
Also, in order to deal with an illness during a trip within the European Union, we recommend that travelers contact their insurance company for the issuance of the “European Health Insurance Card”, which is, however, optional. The Agency therefore unreservedly recommends to travelers optional insurance with the coverages and amounts they want, for life insurance, accidents, luggage, etc., as international conventions limit the liability of carriers, which can also buy from our offices. with costs specially designed for them.

12. BAGGAGE
The luggage is transported with the responsibility and care of its owners, regardless of the presence or absence of representatives of our office. In case of damage or loss, the corresponding international conditions apply to each means of transport and to the hotels, and the liability, in this case, is limited to those provided by these conditions. Our office is not responsible for the contents of the luggage.
In air travel, only 1 piece of luggage per passenger is allowed, usually with a maximum weight of 20 kg. In case of additional costs, due to heavier luggage than allowed, these are borne exclusively by the traveler and are paid on the spot at the airport. It is also noted that the airlines allow only one small hand luggage (approximately 50x40x25) in the passenger cabin. The traveler is obliged to comply with the instructions, regulations, and general policy

of the airline in the matter of overweight baggage for which the airline is solely responsible and therefore the Agency has absolutely no responsibility for it. In case of damage or loss, the IATA Regulation applies.

13. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of participation by the traveler are made only in writing to our office and, regardless of the date of booking (and if it is not possible to assign his booking to another person with the conditions set out in Article 6 of the General Conditions of Participation), are subject to the following cancellation fees per person, depending on the time at which the cancellation is made, regardless of whether the respective amounts have already been paid by travelers or not:

Cruises have different cancellation terms according to the terms of each company’s contracts that apply to each cruise.
For individual / individual travel, different cancellation terms apply according to the terms of each airline fare as well as the cancellation policy of each hotel.
In cases of non-refundable fares (inside or outside Greece), the cancellations reach even 100%, as determined by the airline or ferry company and mentioned in the program of the trip or the offer.
For the characterized by the relevant programs of our Office as “long” trips as well as for trips to RUSSIA-, USA-AUSTRALIA-ASIA-JAPAN-INDIA the cancellation fees are as follows:

The above applies even in the event that the customer does not participate in all events of the program and/or uses his own means of transport (and unless there is a different cancellation policy from the carrier or the hotel).
For holiday departures, sporting or art exhibitions, cruises, or specially chartered flights or cruises, the above cancellation periods may be longer and the retention rates higher, as explicitly stated in the program.
Charges are made regardless of the time of registration or whether the respective amounts have already been paid by travelers or not. In the event that one of the two persons who have chosen to stay or are staying in a double room cancels their participation, they will pay the corresponding cancellation fees. As long as the above cancellation fees are not equal to 100% of the total value of the trip, the person who will eventually travel will also pay the difference of his room, as he will be forced to stay in a single room.
In case of cancellation of the trip by the Office and if the time of the reservation allows, the following deadlines for informing the Traveler are followed:

14. OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS
The guides/escorts who accompany you from Athens or meet them in the countries of your destination may arrange, depending on the program, optional excursions in cooperation with local travel agents. Their prices may vary depending on the current ones such as the number of people, festive periods, charges for evening hours, etc. Our office does not bear any responsibility for these optional excursions

15. COVID19-CORONAVIRUS & VARIANTS
With regard to SARS-COV 2, in the event that the agreed travel plan is terminated due to the contractor being placed in compulsory quarantine or compulsory hospitalization for any reason of Public Health, by the competent Authorities of either the country of destination or any intermediate country, the Office bears no responsibility for the non-provision of part or all of the services agreed with this Individual Travel Contract to the contractor and will not be obliged to compensate him or replace the non-provided services by offering another “travel package”, at a later date. time.
